MarginKind privacy notice
This operating notice explains how MarginKind handles marketing inquiries, demo activity, and first-party analytics preferences. Counsel review is still required before MC-31 can be marked complete.
What we collect
When you contact us, request pricing, or book a demo, we collect the details you provide: name, email, company, phone, source page, optional message, and basic UTM fields.
Analytics choice
The marketing site uses first-party event storage to understand page views, CTA clicks, demo engagement, and lead submissions. If you decline analytics, the site prevents new marketing analytics events from being stored while leaving forms and demos available.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to respond to your request, tailor a demo, understand which marketing pages are useful, and prepare future CRM integrations. We do not sell marketing inquiry data.
Demo environment
Live demo sessions use a seeded demo tenant with fictional restaurant, staff, and customer data. Demo activity may be reset on a schedule to keep the sandbox useful.
